Hello, this is the full story!

About Me

Professional Photo 2.jpg

My name is Jasmin Botello. I have two decades of business experience and my Masters in Organization Leadership. I have a passion to serve business owners and 21st Century Leaders!

My first business experience was when I was ten years old. My mother asked me to audit her receipts and separate them by date and store. She asked me to organize them in a notebook. She liked how I worked so she asked me to do more task. By the time I was fifteen years old, I was working in her office. I assisted her to prepare for audits. In the summer, I helped plan events, audit files, answer phone calls and emails. By the time, I was 17 years old, my mom and I were working together on our first business plan. This business grew to 80 employees with hard work and dedication. Eventually, we created several other businesses in the Health and Human Services field. After 12 years, I decided it was time I start my own. During this time, I finished my BA and Masters in Organizational Leadership, a business degree. I have a passion for business. But what I have more of a passion for is business owners. I understand the struggle, the striving, the late nights and the unpredictability of it all. This is why I decided to start an independent consulting business.
